Returns Policy

Customers can return an item still in good condition within 30 days of ordering. Simply fill in our online form and put the details in the message box. We will need your telephone number. We can be more flexible on return deadlines for customers outside the UK.

If the reason for return is down to a mistake at our end we will of course cover your cost of postage. If the reason for return is not due to a mistake on our part, we ask that customers arrange and pay for their own return postage. It is always best to get in touch with us to confirm a return first. Customers who return items without confirming with us might not be liable for a full refund of their postage cost.
